Speed Dynamics is a Non-profit AAU track & field club that trains kids ages 6-18. Athletes compete locally and across the country in a full spectrum of track and field events. At SD we focus not on winning, but on athlete development and proper training. We stress to our athletes that each race can only have one winner, yet everyone can still see individual improvements.
